Currently remodeling right now but I had the pleasure of staying in a new room. Very nice layout with plenty of amenities! Staff were all great and accommodating. Once the remodeling is finished this will be a great affordable hotel to stay at when visiting Summerville! 4 stars only based on construction not being finished. Easily a 5/5 Once it's complete!

The staff is amazing, the office always gives me what I need,day or night. The management is very pleasant and understanding. The location is perfectly located by alot of food, gas and entertainment options. The rooms are nice, spacious, and clean. MS. TOYA IS THE BEST THING ABOUT THIS PLACE.
The Manager and Staff are the most helpful and friendly people. They guided my family to some amazing restaurants in the Summerville area. And thank you for the Coffee in the mornings during my stay. My stay was pleasant and I would recommend anyone. We will be back on our next visit in town. Thank you Ladies
Great location. Close to everything. Hotel was kind of full and was surprisingly quiet. Rooms are larger than average and exceptionally clean. It’s close to several shopping centers and dining establishments. Definitely a good choice if you’re on a budget.
The motel is under renovation and thank goodness. The old rooms definitely need updated! We were able to stay in one of the rented rooms but saw an old one on our way to our room. The outside is currently getting painted, and the potholes were getting filled. The Manager and staff were very friendly and recommended a near by restaurant. I will be recommending to friends for their future stays. Can't wait to come back and see the motel when all the work is completed!
Good place to stay for a night or 2. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was no one was at the front desk from 11 PM to 7AM the next morning. They are renovating so I was expected a little dust and but the room itself was clean. The exterior and elevator definitely showed it though. Good price for a quick stop.
